I agree. I'm not sure if I'm interested in this guy or not. The tweaks are cool, but he was a generally cool toy before and i'm not sure this makes him a must have either. We'll see.

 

This actually made me realise why it's not doing anything for me. I like the old leader, but my biggest problems with it were always the backpack, kibble and boxy legs. While the improvements are cool, it does nothing to fix those faults and even adds to them in some areas.

 

The legs on this one are even more ridiculous than the original and that's the only thing they had to fix for me to buy it. Just add a crotch joint to make his legs stand straight up and down. Every picture on the interwebs has Brawl (I mean Devastator  ) standing like an upside down V and it drives me crazy. This improved version actually makes me sad because it reminds me why I sold my original one. I'm crazy in love with tanks to the point I have several RC ones with hundreds of dollars poured into them and yet CW Megatron is the only half decent transforming one that I have.

I beg you Wei Jiang, give us a Brawl that isn't part of a cheerleader squad. Give me a A! Give me a V! Ugh...

I just want to say this brawl in robot mode looks very similar to my head cannon of design of brawl which has the tank gun on his right hand rather than that four barrled shit that was in the final design

Right?... I always thought he was smaller than Prime the only two exceptions from the 2007 movie are Blackout and Meg's but that's just my opinion

At least we will have this Brawl and OS Nitro to fill the Decepticon ranks.

It took them two years to make this mould and WJ should still have DOTM Megatron and TLK Barricade in the works. They will just take their time.

There will still be Alienattack Hound, so plenty more good looking Bayformer stuff slated for 2018.

I wouldn't mind if WJ does another desert camo repaint of Brawl.

Generally, repaint options that Hastak has done should be replicated in 3P offerrings.

i know this is very late, but where's the best place to get the desert version now? there's a $60 seller on ebay but i'm kind of wary to trust chinese sellers, any idea if tfclub is trustworthy?
