    I see that people have also been reporting ones that are listed as KOs as well. What's the point of that?

    Because all KOs are illegal to sell on ebay.

    That's a shame. I mean, the jerks trying to pass them off AS originals suck, sure - but what if I WANT a KO? I'd love to hop on there in a little bit and get those Dino Cassette KOs that are coming :)  And if someone is up front about it and says "Yup, that's this KO right here that you're looking for" shoot, I'd kinda like it.

    I guess there's Ioffer... but I'd prefer not to be ripped off either :D

    Third party are a grey area as IP theft has to be proven, protected copyrighted and trademarked names and images are different. Basically putting a 'Con / 'Bot logo on it is REALLY asking for trouble.
    If you want KO's go to KOtoys, ebay should be kept free of them because casual buyers won't know the difference.
