And gloating begins in 3.... 2...
they look cool but are probably expensive.
A KO was probably inevitable, but if they start including the paper slip too, it's going to make it more difficult to tell the difference.
I've been meaning to ask this for awhile, what is a knock-off?
a copy or reproduction of an officially liscensed product or in some cases as of late of radicons and 3rd party products
if these are inexpensice compared to the originals it might be a sale for me
Only recent record for the real ones i could find was 65+20 shipping from Japan......
...whilst i'm not necessarily condoning blatant KOs like this, it's a whole
heck of a lot of money for two smallish pieces of plastic.
i think bbts had them for 52 bucks+ shipping when they were first availible, but for me anything south of 30 is considered cheap
Or someone at Radicon can maybe cast them for cheaper.
Sign me up for a set.
lol. for real....this would be a good alternative...of course, if the seller doesn't make it pass as an "original"...
I think spoonman made some for the DMK series. It should be easy for him or another customizer to create one... Heck, some Shapeways designers could do this.
Good. If anything needed knocking-off, it was these ridiculously price-gouging blades. I wouldn't mind a set myself if they are reasonably-priced and have the clear orange.
I concur, and i bought the originals.
But it would be nice if there was a way to tell them apart.
I dont get the fuss about the KOs on these?! the KOS (from the picture) are BLACK, the normal ones are NOT. Doesnt make sense why ppl are fliping out over these KOs when the evidence is pretty black and white... -_-
Daimchoc posted a picture of orange ones in a bag w/o the paperwork.
I assumed they were the finished KO?
i thnk that was Zildjian and those were on eby
Knock-offs shouldn't be expensive. They just shouldn't. And as long as the seller doesn't make a deliberate effort to mislead consumers, then they're fine...
... as long as they don't break your toys.
I know this is kinda off subject but does anyone think there is a chance that will see sets of the first edition optimus prime gun and sword set from the prime series??
