Nice, I like them. It was about damn time. I wonder why Takara or Hasbro won't reverse engineere the G1 tfs they lost the molds for. Hell, Mattel did that for the classic Trapjaw.

Wow, that Mirage is very nice. I don't know about the rest of you but I've been staring at these for about five minutes and other than some sticker differences I'm not seeing anything odd or unusual about the KO. These are gonna be tough to spot if they're loose.

I wish the losers making these would get a life, and make their OWN toys.. stop stealing other peoples great ideas.

I'm currently looking at getting the G1 Dinobots and to be honest I'm torn now between the vintage figures and the knock-offs. As long as sellers specify which is which I don't have a problem. It's not like these are denting Hasbro's or Takara's profits as the figures are no longer in production anyway.

I'll be interested in reading reviews of the build quality on these...

Takara claims that they've "lost" the Dinobot molds.

Apparently, this chap has found them.

Examine the molding detail on the vents for Mirage's face- remarkably precise for a KO.

I wish people like you would lay off of them.

Some people can't afford to get a real Mirage or a real set of the Dinobots, and this looks like it may be a damn good substitute.

With all the Dino KO's coming out and eating up some of the demand...you can pretty much hang up on Hasbro reissuing them...

This makes me very happy. I have just a handful G1s left to complete the 84-85 run:
Ramjet, Thrust, Slag, Swoop, Mirage, Trailbreaker, Wheeljack & Sunstreaker. I have loose used versions of many of them, but I want MISB versions that still look pristine, and if I can get them for a fraction of the costs of the originals (like I did when they made reissues) all the better.

This is money that Takara & Hasbro have left on the table.

There were hundreds of Optimus Prime KO's released over the years, that never stopped them from re-issuing him (multi times over I might add) :)

It's never too late for them to be re-issued. :)

You say you're a vintage collector. Yet you posted a video of yourself destroying a vintage Transformer.

    Works for me.

since youve already successfully directed attention to yourself, i'd like to point out your confusing making money = being creative/original.

those two concepts arent mutually exclusive. itd be good if you marry the two, but its been proven more often that not, that you dont need to.

When Mike said LEGALLY, it sounds different from what I'd imagine.
