Havent seen anything on quality yet, I know there's been some 'factory seconds' knocking about for a while but this is the first time I have seen a store advertise as a KO along with a price that reflects

 

I had no intention of picking him up but at £50 shipped, it's tempting.

ou might have a factory reject like i had but im not sure.
check to see if you have any of these issues. asiest is the unlined back gun mode and the hands having lines in them

Yea this has too be factory reject one the Ko is coming next month, please enlighten us Shanxs

 

Picture 4, 5 and 7 is pretty much the same as what i have.
So i got the KO or rejected one?

im pretty sure you do. thats the issues i also had

 

really hope they do a darker purple ko would be all over that.... but mp29 looks like an easy one to repaint compared to mp11 which is the only one i have repainted ( a few times ) and can be a pain to paint

I'm currently debating between a "new" KO Masterpiece Laserwave ($50~) and a "used" Quakewave v1 ($60~). I assume not having to play the KO kwality roulette wheel would make Quakewave the smarter choice especially for the price I'm being offered for it but I wanted to know if anyone else here at any thoughts on my dilemma? If it helps I would be letting my nine year-old son fool around with the figure as well but he's great at taking care of things so I'm not too worried but... you never do know ;-)

 

both are around the same price.

look up pics and reviews. thatll help you decide. both are great but if you want a tall shockwave then you need to go quakewave

 

Heh, I've been watching YouTube and reading all night so far. I keep going back and forth. I actually prefer the look of the Masterpiece KO but I'm thinking the quality of Quakewave would hold up better over time. Decisions, decisions.

 

Man, poor QW's price really took a DIVE once TT showed theirs, didn't it.

I'd personally choose Quakeblast, if you are into the comic look. It looks miles better than FT's version, and it's almost the same price for a new one. In fact, I bought myself one, as I really enjoyed the Marvel comics. At $60-65, it's a no-brainer.

Those legs on QW are HIDEOUS.

I went with Quakeblast myself. Beautiful paint job and looks much better in person than pics.

Not sure i want just a straight ko of laserwave. Maybe an oversized (by 1") with proper paint and diecast? That is what i am waiting for, or maybe undersized one just for fun. The regular size seems too small / big for MP / Chug.

He needs to update his hand design. Use pins in all the joints like ft phoenix

 

If this was oversized so that his height was at least the same as Soundwave I'd be interested.

 

And if it was toy-color dark purple vs. this pastel easter egg crap again.
