Probably best to run a search for them on TFW. But the general consensus is that the plastic quality sucks (it's very bendy like that of a shampoo bottle) and the robots don't fit together very well at all in camera alt mode. But for the size (I assume you're talking about the oversized, oddly colored KO version) and price, it's OK and can even be customized into decent versions of Reflector (search in the Radicons section for examples).

I bought this last winter with the intention of doing a G1 paint job.
I got it for $21 shipped at the time. It's worth it. The plastic isn't the best. It was thin in some spots, but better than I was expecting. There was quite a bit of flash in some spots. Mine fit together pretty tight. the biggest disappointment is that the simplified molds deleted the shield handle and any of the weapon storage pegs. The sniper rifle doesn't break down at all either. I would say if you can find it for under $25 shipped, then go for it.

    Ebay:
While the plastic quality is apparently garbage... some folks have fixed the figure by using some Generations Deluxes to replace many of their parts... IIRC, the RTS Jazz figure was used for a particularly good set of larger Reflector bots.

Aha... here's one: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/598657-reflector.html by Optimus Timelord, uses an Oversized G1 Reflector and RTS Jazz figures for the parts.

And another: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/544506-mp-sized-reflector.html by Tigerblade using just Jazz parts to augment them.

I have that one. It's cheap feeling plastic, the shield/camera base is really easy to bend. The design has been simplified over the authentic version, but over all for what I got it for ($20 - $25) it's not bad.

It's cheap plastic but it's an awesome base to do customs.
