X2, Just can't bring myself to pay that much cash for a KO. If I can find him at a better price, I'm all over it though!

Hey, Spencer. Is this clear one made by the same people who just released the regular one?

Yup! I want to preorder it, but I just want to make sure the same guys who did the regular Mirage are also doing this one. Because the KO Mirage that just came out is getting some pretty good reviews in the feedback thread.

It is indeed the same people as the regular mirage. They have done a lot to improve quality from previous items with the Mirage and rumour is that the Wheeljkack will be of the same quality.

    Spencer.

    Thanks for the info, bro!

Btw, to anyone that can answer, is this a KO? Sorry, didn't want to create a whole thread just to ask that question.

Is there a reason why the text on the side of the vehicle is misaligned for every one of these unofficial reissues?

Is this a result of mold degradation?

They're transforming it kinda sloppy. Here's what mine looks like:

I'm almost sure these were reverse engineered. So the mold casted were from existing toys, not the original plates.

I'd buy a red Mirage in a second. Just bought the clear one.

I'd be interested in any Diaclone-based transformers in Diaclone-only colors reproduction. Clear Mirage looks also great. (goes to A3U to check prices)
