Do we know the operational roles of this set of characters?

What purpose does stacking the helicopter on the APC serve? I wouldn't think it would be strong enough to lift it.

 

I think that's just something the taobao seller did when photographing the toys, it's not on any of the official photos.

Yes, the photos taken by the company who makes the toy are official promotional photos of those toys. The pictures taken by a Taobao seller for his listing on Taobao are NOT. The Taobao seller stuck the helicopters on the top of the APCs and took picture. This isn't an official configuration in their story, it's a guy taking pictures of his store stacked on each other.

I can list my toys on ebay in fanmodes too.

 

Has anyone seen these figures being sold on Ebay? I've searched but came up with nothing.

 

Looks like its going to be the size of OS Feral Rex.

 

I did some asking around and some of the sellers who sell these sort of things seem to be saying they will have them in stock inside 2 weeks or by the end of the month at the latest.

As for the Alpha Bravo having Blades' face - I don't mind at all - I actually prefer it as it make him look less like Slingshot now.

One fun thing about the Helicopters in that larger scale wise in vehicle mode you can swap out Blades in Vehicle mode with the real one and have a much nicer scale going on.

I don't mind them being bigger at all not only as it make a much more impressive Combiner but also because there is so many Deluxes into Voyager now - I'm getting quite a collection of them going.

I wonder if anyone would be able to make a waterslide label for Hotspot to give his his iconic fireball logo back - suitably scaled to fit ?

Anyway I'm really looking forward to these.. I hope they see the potential to make many more, even if it is only a few random repaints like Vortex. but if they plan ahead they can really milk this. Like If they make the Aerialbots they can also make them as Seekers too.

But I do hope they keep it up... even if I wouldn't be one to say no to an overscale Titans Returns Galvatron either.

Agreed, this has potential. And i hope they will make Voyager KO's of the TR og Headmasters someday too.

 

I always thought that the "original" CW Devy was oversized from what was originally intended...

 

The first reliable English speaking site has them up for sale. Robot Deformation Factory. They are not cheap, just under $150 for the set, but I would guess the price will drop as more people get them.

You can also buy the limbs individually for $25 each, and $35 for the torso. They are probably cheaper because this is selling them without the box.
