This set arrived from TCP yesterday and I am very happy with it thus far! The jet modes are solid and nice, and the individual robot modes are stronger than expected. Concord/Silverbolt is the weakest of the five (although fine), which is sadly to be expected since he does the lion's share of forming Jet Commander/Superion; the others are quite poseable and each has a good deal of personality. Materials are exactly what everyone has said, sturdy and weighty. Cannot wait to combine them after work tonight! My fiancée immediately claimed Harrier/Slingshot as her favorite (she likes his head). :)

You can compact/fold the legbots' wings down, they have additional joints not found on the officials.

Doh! I had them folded up in the individual robot modes and completely forgot once combined. Thanks! :D

Are the hands of the individual bots 5mm or bigger?

Yup, definitely bigger. In related news, these two look nice side-by-side:

Please pardon the repeated pose on Supes and the bland Predaking stance. Long day at work today...

Just got this guy in, and he's as awesome as I thought he'd be. Curious though, anyone else have issues with his soft hip ratchets? In some poses, his legs want to do the splits, and definitely need some tightening. Wanted to see if anyone has attempted that yet?

Depending upon the pose, perhaps? I have been more of the mind that I need to add something rubber(ish) to the bottoms of Jet Commander's combiner feet so that he'll get more traction against the smoother surface(s) upon which he stands. Several of my other combiners had similar issues upon arrival but also came with pieces to add for traction that worked well (MMC Nero Rex had little rubber pieces, UT Ragnaros had pads, etc). I'll experiment and see what I come up with.

Also, glad you are enjoying him, @ultraman zoffy ! :)

Don't have the old OS Uranos KO in front of me at the moment (gave it to a neighbor, so can't get a photo ATM), but I had added a couple of strips of soft Velcro to the bottom of the feet. Was able to find some that had some glue-like adhesive applied, just need to remove the protective cover. Just a thought for a cheap alternative to rubber

Yeah, traction seems like the easier issue to tackle. I usually add low temp hot glue to the bottom of the feet on bigger figures to prevent the sliding. Low temp because it'll come off with no damage if it ever needs to be removed. Good stuff folks, loving this bot a ton!

Hey guys, have not got around to buying this guy yet.

Any recommendations on where has the current best price around (from a reliable seller) and with international shipping thanks.
I see its out of stock from some of the regular ones I used, and most of searches just keep bringing up other stuff.

I live in OZ, so coupon does not apply.
    But thanks for posting guys.
Found another seller on ebay who has it for a better price (and decent high rating of feedback) as the main one (Who I have bought from before) that dude has it for quite a bit more than the normal price. Especially with conversion to AUD, makes it a good 50 more expensive.
