Never interested in the original nor Bay-former since AOE, but for a well-engineered toy, this and all that UT/AA offering really caught my eyes.

 

Mostly likely TT are holding back for millions of repaint version to milk the mold, they may offer the premium painted edition 3 years later, but KOs didn't wait and do it right away.

 

IMHO I find the original to be a great figure by itself (my Hasbro copy doesn't have most of the issues plagued the early 71 batch), but if the KO manufacturers were to remold the head & neck area so that Prime doesn't look like he's having his head is almost chopped off when looking upward (which is ironic), then it'd be a uncontested victory.

MPM-4's neck area had been a sore sight to look at since the beginning.

I'd actually consider lusting the shit outta that by the time I have my job becoming stable.

 

Its gonna be the new rotf leader mold milker.

Prepare for an all chromed version for $500.

Ah, I just noticed the windows. I'd prefer them to be clear, but the rest of the figure is painted so well, that I'd let that slide.

 

Hopefully they are thinking about barricade and trying to get an early copy to ko.

 

What's the height like on MPM-01? Does it scale with M01 Commander and MPP10? I only have M01 Commander and can't compare.

 

Not quite. Very close but I tried the fixes mentioned from multiple people and was able to fix some issues but not all(gaps).

 

Not really into buying KO MP figures but, I thought this guy was way overpriced. I'll be getting this

That would be great, but if they OS MPM, then M01 will become redundant, I think M01 are selling pretty well so I guess there are no need to replace it with an OS MPM, better keep them in 2 product line and people will buy both since they don't cost that much.

Well, whoever is responsible for this, thank you. I own the official version and it's a dud, so I have no problem buying the KO when I've supported the official. I'm tired of dealing with it. I haven't transformed the lemon in over a month.
