Sorry if this has been asked before.... are there any way to fix the loose headlight where the visor flips up ?

I just got the figure recently on ebay and didn't have much time to mess with it.

Ordered this guy on ebay. $67 with a 15% coupon. Hopefully there aren't any qc problems and I can put my mpm4 on ebay...

 

Got mine in and, yup, this guy is amazing! Unless he's going to self destruct at some point, there's really no reason to keep the original. Didn't take long before I was packing up my official version to send him to ebay.

Though one problem from the original does remain: The tabs on the red ab pieces still seem to be just a little too low to fit properly into their slots in robot mode. I haven't heard anyone mention that. I'll probably end up doing the mod that I did with the original where I remove a little bit of the tab.

 

Okay, i cannot take pictures as always, but, this will be hard to say, but, i just don't need another MPM Prime, this guy gives me mixed feelings....... it's simply the best TF i've got, ever.


Wow,, where do i start?, as i barely have touched any official mould (and mine it's boxed), it feels like a new figure, it's solid as a rock, the plastic it's solid, the paint it's purely amazing, the rubber tires are DELICIOUS, the matrix gimmick it's fun as i remember, the transformation for me it's fun at least, everything tabbing together just feels so satisfying.

DON'T LET THIS DUDE GET OUT YOUR HANDS, get him, even if you despise the movie designs, it's simply my favorite thing right now, he's replacing my two commander in my shelf.


I can't wait for the next MPM moulds, either by hasbro or BMB or LT, i want them to have this delicious treatment of paint and quality build. I'm so ready for this line now.

Mine tab in. You've got to push pretty hard, but they do tab in.

Finally got mine today. I must say he is amazing. The paint job on this guy is superb. So far my only gripe is the swords don't seem to peg too well into his arms. You have to really push them in there and they go in real tight so removing them I have to be really careful. I just can't get over on how well the paint job is on this guy it just I have no other words to say on how great the paint job is on this guy. Now I'm waiting on UT to release their challenger so I can put him next to this Optimus.

 

Good news! I got an update from TF-DIRECT. A new side piece is being sent to me.

I hope it's easy to do? Anyone know how this is gonna need to be attached?

 

Two screws that hold it on by the inside of the roof section I believe.
Should be a pretty easy fix!

 

Sweet! Thanks for that. Hey, what do i do with the old part? I wonder if there's a Transformer fan out there who has been taking these parts left over, and combining them into his own TRANSFORMERS?? Kinda like Autobot Spike! LOL

 

This figure is amazing. Just got the Spark Toys battle hooks and extra blaster.

Has any 3P released an Autobot symbol we can glue to the hood ornament yet? what about a mini symbol to stick or glue to the chest?

 

Sorry, I forget, did they switch the little blue pieces on the roof to the correct spots? That's the first mod I did on MPM4 and I don't want to do it again.
