I wasn’t even gonna open mine till the jetwing kit arrives so I can do all the battle damage paint together but maybe it would be wise just to check my copy has all its parts.

I sure hope you do. Maybe mine was a fluke. My Lt01 Bumblebee was perfect. Also, my smoke stacks on the back were kinda floppy. I don't have the resources to buy a second ver. Already have a Hasbro and now a missing part Lt02.so I probably will make due until that windshield visor comes in.

Quick update, got this guy and had quick inspection. I noticed something seemed misaligned in the chest, one of the red panels wasn't quite right (in my photo here, it's on the right side / Prime's left peck). On closer look, the little tab on the inside part that is supposed to tab into the center of the chest was just not there at all, so that side won't peg in. It's a relatively minor thing though, the red panel isn't really "loose" and holds in the right place more or less. It's really minor though, so much so that I probably wouldn't even bother to do an exchange if this was something I bought at retail and could easily exchange.

Other than than nitpick everything looks really good. Very solid, much heavier than I was expecting. I got mine for about $60 shipped with a recent eBay coupon and for that price I'm more than happy with it, despite the small QC flaw above.

EDIT: Oh and the smokestacks are crazy loose at least in bot mode. Haven't tried to transform yet.

Did you have to remove any plastic to add those?

About the smokestacks, I've figured it out how to tab them (half) properly after watching review video.

Unfortunately, the smokestack behind right hand still tends to loose if you accidentally flick it.

I have a copy of the first wave without issues except for the smokestacks that don’t tab in but every time I handle this guy I’m more and more impressed with him. Sucks that he is a mixed bag of qc issues but a flawless copy would make this guy maybe one of the best transformers ever. IMO.

Well good news. TF Direct managed to get me a new foot and it is on it's way. IllI carfully move parts first, but if it all moves the way it is supposed to then just a simple unscrew, replace, and screw in of the new foot then I'll have a perfect and functional LT-02.

Hopefully those who had mishaps with theirs can get those issues resolved because aside from my hiccup that I had, it really is a great figure and a major improvement over the Hasbro version.

I was thinking about it, but this thread is from LT02, I'll make a collage, something minimum so as not to "break in" so much the main theme of the thread
