As with most purchases, I'm in depending on quality and price. Not sure what I'm looking at with the close up black and white pic, but if the ass flap is fixed that's already a bonus.

 

There is another KO MP-22 dropping now. This one is a direct KO of the Takara version. Same box and accessories. It has been confirmed.

From Cheep 1st page updated pic, now that TFH UM has a fold-able buttflap (take that TTomy/MP22!), now I will be forced to display MP22 from robot mode to vehicle mode once TFH UM is released. Damn you TFH, you are making a hard decision for me to make. You are suppose to be an inferior product, not better than the original/official, lol. Anyhow, TFH is my new favorite 3P KO Reissue guy compare to some other KO 3P guys. Yes I know it's against my principle to advocate a straight KO Reissue because it fool the buyer, seller, and collector but unlike the other guys they do it a little bit better. I love how TFH improved over the original and the fact their box is different from the original, get 2 thumbs up from me.

 

Any rumblings of a release date?

 

lol at not an advocate of ko!!!! I’m a fan of Transformers regardless of who is producing it. And I don’t consider these as ko if there’s a significant improvement over the officials. At the end of the day, I’m the consumer so I like to know how far my dollar stretches

 

Is this gonna be smaller than the original?

 

If the butt flap is fixed, no fat head and face is better, I'm in.

Just asking as I "had" planned to try and buy this KO at this link sometime next week when I get paid. But now I am wondering if I should just wait and see if the THF version will be improved or not....

I own the THF Sonicwave with the 6 cassettes and its ok. The lil cassette guys waist bits are a touch gap-y. But I swapped em with some KO official cassette guys easily via ebay. So I wouldnt mind a THF Magnus if it is even cheaper than this current $130 KO on Tf-Direct at the moment and also has some improvements.

Guess I will have to wait an see now. Sucks, I was getting excited to own a MP Magnus again by end of the month.

Not out yet as far as I know Victoryconvoy. Prob will drop sometime around march or April I would imagine.

 

Toy House Factory cares about the little details... The officials have their place but its difficult for a casual fan to invest in Takara at their price points when an improved version with extras and/or fixes inevitably comes along for less money.
