My Soundwaves chest hook to hold it closed broke off. It can't shut anymore. How do I keep his chest closed now?

 

This is the clear Soundwave I was hoping for. Looks pretty cool to me.

 

Yep, they got me. Sold on this one. I almost bought a second YOTG Wave just to do this.

 

I've got a YOTG Soundwave that I'd like to try it with..my only concern is my lack of any discernible artistic ability. So thank you KO makers. Now hurry the hell up and finish this so you can make me a SG Soundwave.

 

I did exactly that with both of mine, although later I painted KFC hands and put them on.

I remember seeing pics of one of those guys in one of the KO seeker threads and you saying it was a custom YOTG..they are pretty cool. How did you remove the copper paint?

 

Sanded it lightly, undercoat, then 3-4 coats of blue. Opened the clear plastic, sprayed in the inside clear blue

Well seems Robot Hero is going to take its time. Which is fine as well for me. I have a vacation to go to.

 

Not a permanent solution, but a small bit of blue tack would hold it shut until a more permanent fix could be made. That or a small piece of double sided tape.
