    Yes, Is KO. Made by a maker called "AOLI".
    A lot of Chinese KO Toys are from "AOLI". Usually the scale is different though. Not sure about the size of the KO MP01

    There's been a bootleg Masterpiece Prime for over a year now - the ACToys BBS thread posted by Mach is dated November, 2007.

    It's the same size as the original, but with different colored hands, and what appears to be chrome foil attached to some of the parts, like the faceplate. It's the same kind of chrome quality used for the bootleg Metroplex.

    A more recent knockoff discovery would be a smaller version of Masterpiece Prime:

    And it seems the same parties have created a prototype for a deluxe-sized Classics Prime:

    The bootleg - any bootleg toy - is mainly made for markets where Transformer fans usually wouldn't be able to afford the original toys. Any sales to customers in the West would be considered a bonus.
