That's what I keep saying. If Hasbro does a last "hurrah" with the seeker mold before it is retired, I'm sure it will be Sunstorm. But I also wouldn't mind getting a few "Air Warriors" too. :)

A limited run of a KO figure.

That sentence is just wrong. :inquisiti

I'll settle for just one of him if this ever get made officially. In fact, I wouldn't mind paying more to own one but it has to be a legit release, not KO.

This. I really would love even a KO Skywarp just to say I finished out the Hasbro seeker line up.

Looks cool but $30? It's a KO! How's the quality? Is it as good or better then a Hasbro made figure??

I want to know how the quality is but I'm interested.I too would buy several of them if Hasbro released them officially but I don't see that happening.

The Yellow Seeker, Air Warriors CLones, E-Hobby Sunstorm, Gold SS & Silver SS are made of the CHMS. The CHMS quality is better than first KO version. It has better tight joints and the Missile Launchers Hold very well on the Shoulders. You can put the figure upside down and the missile launchers won't fall off and you dont have to put glue in the hole to fix it. At the LA meet up, i show & sold some CHMS Thundercracker. I also have sold some on the boards. The ppl that have bought the CHMS Thundercracker haven't had issues.

That's good to hear. I went ahead and placed an order for the CHMS Sunstorm & Air Warrior. Although, since they're also coming out with a newer, orangey-er version to be more Sunstorm-y, maybe I'll repurpose the first version as the yellow Rainmaker. Out of curiosity, what have other people used as names for the other Rainmakers (other than Acid Storm)?

    ORDERED! Bring.on.teh.Seekers!

This made my freakin' day. I'm lovin' all the Seeker KOs coming out lately, especially the obvious repaints that Hasbro/Takara haven't done. I ordered 6 to troop build with, but I'll probably only end up keeping 3 and trading the other 3 off. With all the KOs coming out, I don't think I'll really have room for that many.

I've heard lots of good things about the CHMS mold, I'm hoping they live up to their reputation.

Hmmm.... I need to attend one of these LA meet ups.

I'm really interested in some of these. And an orange Sunstorm.

I don't need a whole army, but 2 (or 3) would be nice. Then Universe 2.0 Sideswipe and Sunstreaker will have some playmates.

    I purchased a Thundercracker from Daelite20.

Overall it's great...Launchers are rock solid tight too. Sharp clean mold lines, great color.

However, I did have to fix one hip joint that was a touch on the loose side. The hands were the worst part as you could not put the figures arm up without the hand falling right back inside the arm, just very loose. A drop of Future on each one fixed it up perfect though.

The paint apps, the silver on the lower legs is not super clean either...a bit fuzzy around the edges and some over spray. It appears sprayed through a stencil rather that tampo applied if I had to guess. Nothing you can't touch up in seconds.

Now keep in mind, I am not being overly critical of the figure, just stating fact in my case. There is definitely more right with it than wrong.

Would I buy another, yes absolutely! Overall it's great, and I have bought legit releases that suffered all the same issues as above.

Going to grab an air warrior and yellow seeker next!

thins is with this day and age, ko's are getting better and more expensive.

some ppl out there want a $300 figure Koed and only pay $10, not gonna happen.

Things cost money to make and these are not just some silly crappy weird off the wall dollar store KO.

again it is a ko. no matter the price you take the gamble. if anyone is looking for any sense of perfection are kidding themselves and should spend their money on something else. there really should be no excuse for bitching on quality of a KO. There probably is no QC at all in making sure these are perfect, but prob enough if there is an issue most ppl will just shrug it off.

if you dont like it then just dont buy it.

They also have some Clear Rainmakers :

KOLD LE-07 ToXiC RAINMAKERS Set of 3 Seekers - Henkei at KOTOYS.COM

I'm tempted too. What is the Quality like on the Partially Clear Ghost Starscreams fake ? - I understand its very poor on the totally transparent ones that exist.

I see there's another couple of what might be lower quality ones - one that is white & Magenta and one that is dark pink. I'd be interested for any quality reports on them too.

I think I dithered to long as I would have quite liked one of those Blue Classics Bumblebees that was about some time ago. But they seem to have sold out.
