So right, whilst I wait for the paint to fully cure on my Aligatorcon, I thought I would try my hand at trying to paint the oversized KO prime headmaster that I unwittingly bought thinking it was the normal size for the other job.

Now be kind chaps because this is the very first thing I have ever repainted and to be honest the size of it and quality of mould leaves something to be desired when trying to learn how to repaint something!

As you can see it was quite hideous before and i'm sorry the photos arent great but im limited on space and only have my iphone to hand (plus getting the bladdy thing to stand up is a NIGHTMARE!)

I would like to thank everyone who has had input on the painting tutorials on here (Spurt Reynolds I think) because they were really useful.

Oh yeah I'd also like to say im like 15, but im not, im 28 and a graphics lecturer so you think i'd have a grasp on painting ahaha!

Let me know what you think because I'm only going to get better with your input guys!

    Cheers!

aha you can see them everywhere :p  but I think it was a good test to see how actually my painting skills are. (i.e. not very...)

But thank you for replying - I was getting a bit worried that I wouldnt hear any feedback whatsoever :(

For a first go, that's really quite lovely.

Like every other skill, it's a matter of practice, and you're very clearly starting from a strong place already!
