Maybe I have been lucky, because my orders from Mike or my other KO source (the guy who runs toyvalley ??) have never been damaged.

    Ebay:
I have had worse experiences shopping in Brick & Mortar stores than with KOToys.
am working on getting more from him.
took about 2 weeks to get my order last time, but i read at the official thread that he was in the process of moving AND chinese shipping was backlogged.

    so no worries.

iOffer is reasonable if you know how to haggle with the seller.

For example-- I was purchasing a g1 Mirage ko about 1 year ago and the price was $60.+ shipping. I got it for $38./shipped.

Yes. it took him awhile to send me an invoice for my last purchase because he was moving.

For some reason or another, I am kinda scared to do anything on iOffer...

I do Ioffer as well. And only Ioffer. I've spent over a 1000$ in orders with t800pro and only him--he does great service, great deals and ships things really nice and secure. I've had no damaged packages at all. If you're looking for a great deal on KO stuff, by all means give him a try. You will not be disappointed.

I recently bought from KO Toys for the first time and had no problem. Arrived in good time too.

Another good KO site is Toyhell.com.

Haven't heard of ioffer.com before. Going to check it out now.

I have bought maybe 10 things in my life from iOffer, and almost all of them turned out well, except for one.

But you really do have to be careful who you purchase from. iOffer doesn't have nearly as stringent rules as eBay, so it IS important to purchase from someone who has a good rating.

anyone think that the knock off ROTF devastator is better than getting the real thing? (because of the significant price difference)

There's more than one version that's been copied:

    * The Supreme-class Devastator was bootlegged into a version 2/3 its size
    * The Legends-class Devastator was both made as a straight-up 1:1 copy of the original, and one that's an upsized version

From the reviews here it appears all three versions are quite sturdy. But if you're going to buy the Legends class, it might be more convenient to just go to Walmart and get the original. At least you won't have to worry about the package being carelessly handled by the mail service.

    Ebay:
i have the oversized legends and the 2/3 sized supreme version.

i can say though the quality on the legends for the normal size legends devastator is so so and not the greatest. parts can stress easily and recommend the hasbro version.

the oversized legends and 2/3 are just cool an unique so i recommend going after those.

I've got the 1:1 Legends Devs KO sitting right here and front of me. It's quality is not quite Hasbro, but it's DAMN close. The only problem I had with any of it is one of the bots neck being a little loose. The combined Devs is sweetness. If you can find it reasonably priced, I'd recommend it.

I've ordered twice from Mike and both times the products arrived in two weeks. So far there has been no problems with him. I sent a couple of emails and he responded the next day.

One of my figures arrived with a couple of small dents on the package. I really don't care about that since it is a KO.

As per the recommendation of these two guys, I ordered a whole bunch of the G1 KOs from him. He packed well, it showed up with a sturdy shipping box ( not crushed and destroyed like KOToys sent me ). I had a missing arm on Fireflight in the Aerialbots set, but he's gonna exchange for another one. Overall, a pleasant experience. Oh, and for what I bought, it was over $100 less than the same order from KOToys. I highly encourage people to use t800pro.

When ordering from t800pro, how long does shipping usually take?
As some of you know, I ordered Mirage and it arrived rather quickly.

I now have an order placed for Wheeljack and Sunstreaker and it's been almost a week without an update through tracking. I may be paranoid, but still trust the seller. I'll keep you guys updated.
