Hi, I was thinking to myself, KOToys has it for 30$, but is the set worth it? Let me know what you think! It is worth the 30$? Trying to make a decision!

As long as you know that it will not fit either the KO optimus mold or the original perfectly, and you have 30 burning a hole in your pocket go for it. The shoulders are the major trouble spots, but if using a KO Optimus mold, the "gloves" will slide right off. I got their KO Shadow Commander and it's ok, you can tell how awesome the originals are, but because it's a KO you get a slightly Derpy Commander KO. Hope that helps!

He's right, as long as you get your hands on a legit Classics Optimus mold and use a little styrene(viggadeath on youtube) to fill in the fitting gaps left in the KO you should have a pretty decent display piece. Try ebay, ever once in a while some one has Classic Optimus for a decent price.

BBTS has the G3 trailer for $50ish on clearance.
