The challenge being to build it from a deluxe Scorponok. Remove the claws, work one into the bottom of the rocket, replace the other with the top(do this right and not only will they connect, but they will still plug on to form the arms). Work the body into a tank, attach the tread bits to the balljoints that clip the scorpion legs on.. Build a tread unit that can attach to the "legs" as big boots and the wing backpack. Ideally, attach the tank turret/head in such a way as to utilize the existing head joint.

 

Huh... perhaps the treads could work in a similar way to Energon Hoist/Cybertron Longrack?

Scorponok's claws are a reasonable clone of Omega's big rocket claw, and you wouldn't have to worry about an "Earth" form.
