Has anyone watched it? Is it good?

I have been fascinated by the Revoltech figure, and the anime seems to be spoken highly of overall. I just never hear about it much.

It's on my watch list. From what I gather, it is a very good Tomino anime - Tomino being the man who created Gundam and Zambot 3, as well as Ideon which some say inspired Evangelion. From what I have seen, it lives up to the lofty heights those three series established. Will let you know more when I eventually get around to watching it properly.

It's a great series. It's "Happy Tomino", but I liked Turn A Gundam and OKG has a similiar feel.

Do the monkey! Now with ferrets!

Considering the LACK of death in this series, I still have a hard time 'Kill em all' Tomino had a hand in it. :)  I liked it, myself.

    Best theme song/opening animation? Yes.

The series is pretty solid. It's a lot different from Tomino's usual work as everyone has said, but it's pretty refreshing not having it be a total bloodbath.

Finished the series last night. I really did enjoy it. The characters were likable, especially Gain, who stole the show IMO, being the tough, respected man that every man wants to be deep down inside. He also had the best voice acting, which was really, really good all around, with the slight exception of Gainer, who kinda sounded like he was shouting the whole time. I thought he might have just had a lesser voice actor, until the final two episodes, but I won't spoil that.

The robots could get a little cartoony at times, but they did a decent job of showing a realistic reason behind the powers (for example, the Overman that had the power to steal: at first it seemed really corny and RPG-ish, but a brief scene that showed the act in action legitimized it).

It was fun, a good balance to Evangelion that I just watched like 4 times in a row. :)
