Works for me. Pretty into this figure atm.
Yeah!! No regrets picking this guy up. Aside from the wide hip ratchet (egh) he's perfect! Good materials, pretty straightforward transformation, good looking modes. I got him at tfcon and I haven't stopped messing with him
It's certainly the better quality of the duo.
It works for me too, I also like Kingorilla a lot
Yes it is, but not by much to be honest
Anybody hear, that got Kingzilla, that don't want or need the extra Kingorilla Head?
If so, please PM me.
Yeah hopefully MakeToys will be much better.
I just bought one. This is why we shouldn't be allowed to hang out around showcases at conventions.
*hugging his kingzilla* what ever do you mean??? :B
OK, guess I do need Kingorilla
Tried something new here, still need to work on my cropping and image rotating but getting better!
Two egomaniacal monsters.
^ this picture remind me about transforming my other two copies of the Horrorcons into their jet modes!
It was difficult for me to take them out of jet mode because they each have awesome jet modes. This is literally the first time after having each for months that i've put them next to each other in robot mode. A match made in robot hell.
That's why I bought two of each one, so I don't have to choose in which mode I am going to display them... Well, maybe I do, because they are triple-changers hehehe
I bought this figure myself and mine is being displayed but i need his brother so i can have a set. Hoping to pick that figure up in January as my first figure of the year.
Man, the super wide A stance is driving me nuts. Is there some way to loosen those ratchets to allow him to adopt some regular stances?
Shave the one or two ratchet notch off/down and align it with the notch out at straight stance going into A stance.
You could also just take the ratchet or spring out and use just friction.
I have to do this on almost all of my DX9 figures. KFC sometimes.
The ratchets don't work that way... But you can use the weight of the figure to force a more natural stand, just put Kingzilla standing up straight and then spread the legs a bit and use his weight to move the ratchets without aligning the next set of teeths. I hope I make myself clear hehe...
Thanks guys. I will work on him to see if it works...
Why has no one made ratchet sets for KFC/XTB figures? They would make a pretty penny.
Got one yesterday. Transformation is really simple compared to Kingorilla, but still satisfying because of the 3 good modes.
