"Keyboard Locks when i hit Ctrl 3 times" Please help!!!!

    I need help from anyone who knows how to fix keyboard/computer issues. When I press Ctrl 3 times, my keyboard lights flash,and it basically "locks" itself unless i hit enter. I need to know a way to make it so i can hit Ctrl as much as I want without this happening, because it screws up the game im trying to play. Please help!!!
