Got a sneak peak at the test shot for this guy thanks to ToyDojo. I kept using the old KFC name in the video, but corrected to the new KTC (Keith's Toy Club) branding when posting.

Awesome, just what I've been waiting for. Love it, transformation looks intuitive and clever. Just jumped to number 1 on my wants list.

Looks like he would be able to posed pressing his eject button?

Any chance of a pic with his other arm pointing out. That's the classic Blaster pose I'd say, akin to Soundwave's classic pose.

He's a bit neater than I expected. The transformation seems fun and kinda clever. Wonder if there's a cartoon face in the works.

One hand down, finger pressing eject button, other arm pointing out in the distance pointing at some imaginary target. Essentially Blaster's version of this:

I'd imagine if he can pull off that pose comfortably alot of ppl will be happy!

Looks like you could build a shield or weapon that fills in that hollow bottom.

As for the review, comparison with cassettes would be nice. Also, measurements? Own a ruler?

Aside from the issues shown in the video (tape door, loose shoulders/elbows) this looks very promising. I loved stack so if KTC can follow though on improving their quality moving forward, I'd be interested. Excited to see a final version review.

At first I thought KTC just ripped off MP Soundwave, but after the intuitive transformation the only thing they "borrowed" was the tape deck gimmick. Looks really good, now let's see what that price tag is gonna command.

The head flip, elbows up and waist aesthetic look like they've been lifted from Soundwave but that isn't a bad thing. Keeps them looking similar.

This looks very promising. I tend to like KTC's molds but their QC is always a concern for me. (I've only personally had their add ons and I was not happy with how they were packaged. It was a blaster that separates into 3 add ons, and they were stuck together by the paint)

Thanks for the preview. So far the figure is looking great for the stage it is in. My only concern here is the plastic grade KTC is using for this MP. The transformation is a bit paneling involved. The rifle definitely need improvement to match MP design quality.

Those slots in the backs of the legs, is there any chance the handle halves are supposed to fold over the panel and into there rather than just rest against the back of the leg?

Does it feel MP quality? Just not liking the quality of their past products.

That'll be a question for the final release figure, not a test shot.
