Looks fun. But it seems to be more like a puzzle than a toy...anybody has these disks?

They do look cool and they are toys...I think they might be sold out in my country for a few months.

The cool think is that there is more than 1 animal. I was tempted to go into this line because the S.I.C Hibiki looked extremely cool!

    Ebay:
HLJ had those on clearance awhile back. I was tempted, but I'm trying hard not to venture out of my main collecting boundaries.

    WHAT??

...Oh, dammit, all they have left now is the crappy wolf.

Shit, I really wanted some of those. I was planning to redeco them into G1 tape characters.

Actually I like the wolf :D  I also liked the crab and the falcon. That price at HLJ is very good. I need to shop around then.

    edit;
I just checked out the SIC Zanki and someone else set, they look awesome! They come with mini disk animals, which might be more suitable size to add to the TFs. I am so tempted, wish I had more money :(

Are you talking about this set because I see the little disc animals in there, but I can't find any proof that they transform. If they do, there is nothing in this world that will stop me from owning them. The big ones look cool, but I'd rather have minituarized versions if they still transform.

EDIT: Screw it! THEY COME WITH GUITAR WEAPONS! Besides, my Autovajin set needs some company on my shelves.

Nay, saw them at amazon jp, they transform apparently. I knew you'd like the guitars :D

Are you sure they transform? Those almost look like two different molds, one for each mode.

Size-wisel, judging by the package pics, each one is about half-an-inch around or so in disc mode. That is, if the riders themselves are the same size as the one I currently have, who's right around deluxe sized, slightly taller.

Also, the least expensive ones I see on eBay at the moment are currently $35 + $20 shipping. Which doesn't seem too bad.

Thanks, LigerPrime :)  That's a very good price.
(Though the set in your link has a trumpet instead of the second guitar. There seem to be many Hibiki SIC.)
But I really don't have that much money right now :(  I mean, I do, but I have to save for the Classics and Strikedog :cry

I am hoping to find the normal disk animals at least.

edit; NF, check out the link LigerPrime posted. I only see the disks, so I think it's safe to say that they do transform.

edit2; I see you have already, sorry. I'll see if I can find a bigger picture of the package somewhere.

    edit3; I was wrong :cry

SydneyY, no problem! Just thought I might help a fellow board member! I think the disks from this SIC set are non-transforming...if I'm not mistaken. :D

Thank you again, LP :)  I might want to check out Singaporian auctions...the price is quite good, eh. How's the international shipping cost in general? Is it as expensive as HongKong?

Looks like I don't even have money for cheaper disk animals. BBTS's got my classics apparently, and that means my credit card budget suffered a critical hit.

Sorry for the late reply...something's wrong with my internet connection with regards to this board. I just came back from a shop and I discovered 2 things:

    i) The disks are non-transformable.

ii) The Hibiki set which comes with Hibiki alone costs Singapore $39! I saw some animals with the Hibiki set.

Check the link below from volume 32 to 34 for the Hibiki series.

    http://www.tamashii.jp/sic/index.html

I have no idea what disc animals come with what set but I was sorely tempted to get volume 32 today! Haha!

With regards to shipping, I have no idea how much it will cost because I have never shipped anything to Australia. How much does it cost to ship from HK to Australia?

Currently SIC prices are quite good in Singapore because it seems that the stocks are from HK so shipping is extremely low for Singapore shops to import from HK.

Just added pictures of the contents of vol. 34 (not mine), you might be interested in checking this out SydneyY!
