Does anyone know if it's possible to get this complete without having to buy a case of 5? Or do I have to buy the case of 5 and have 2 spares :/.

Got mine today and assembled it. No stickers as I want to paint some and wait for repro labels.

Here is a shot comparison of him with the blue card KO (the bigger of the two going around now days) and Metroplex as well as assorted WST. The highlight for me was Windcharger. Non partsforming and in toy scale with the rest of the WST. He is getting paint as the stickers look goofy to me.

I want to mention the ramp where the clear cover usually is doesn't exist on this. A great point is he transformers with no parts forming. I like him :)

Why did Kabaya have to do such a terrible case assortment? After shipping, it seems like collecting a full set from buying peoples extras will cost as much as just buying a case, which defeats the purpose of not buying a case.

My case was 20 dollars cheaper then the retailers everyone else went to so I can't complain. I am contemplating either selling (least likely), doing a contest give away or trading for some g1 stuff. I can only do europe only and right now I still have to see if people I know want it.

Just fixed up Fort Max and I'm quite impressed with the kit!

question to those who have him. how well does he hold together? once everything is connected does it stay connected without a reasonable amount of force to separate?

    I think that's an actual G1 Metroplex.

LOL, now that I saw the rubsign, I think you're right. Not sure if it's the pic, the composition with all of the WST figures, or just me, but somehow it made Metroplex look small as well, hehe.

Metroplex isn't all that big in the grand scheme of TF toys. I never saw one in person back in the 80's, so when I finally got one as an adult I was shocked by how much smaller he was than I expected.

Now that Kabaya has made such a fantastic Fort Max, I hope they have a Metroplex planned. Throw in more minibots as well.
