    Ebay:
So I get a used Leader Brawl off Amazon and when I open it I find out its missing one of the turrets and one of the blades on his left arm. I sent the guy an email telling him that if he doesnt send me the parts I will have to ask for a refund and/or complain to Amazon about the transaction. There was nothing in the ad that said it was incomplete, am I right to do this?

Totally right. Had it happened on ebay you'd have had valid ground to do it, I don't see why Amazon should be any different.
