Its so much fun! I'm 27 and my wife who usually hates video games is 26 and we were having a blast playing wii sports. Even my 2.5 year old was having fun trying to swing the bat. Thats the only game I have right now but I know Im getting guitar hero 3 for christmas and I want some suggestions on other games to get! I also am planning on getting some wii points. I was super excited to see they have games like ninja gaiden and others i never thought id see again! The wii is a must!

A couple of other games not already listed:

WiiPlay - Some good multi-player games, and a free controller
SoulCalibur Legends - Very fun game, similar to the Devil May Cry series
Pokemon Battle Revolution - Cool game, but hold off on it until you get a DS so you can move your custom party over to the Wii

Metroid Prime 3, Resident Evil 4, Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, Sonic and the secret rings, Wii zapper with link's crossbow training, Metal Slug anthology, and if you're into 2D fighters, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core.

Oh wait, I just named off all of my Wii games. And yes they're ALL that good.

The Wii Zapper is quite a bargain for $20.

I just picked it up today.

Fixed. The game is like Super Mario 64 smashed together with Super Mario Bros. 3, multiplied by awesome, served with a subtle dash of Sonic and a generous side of what-the-fuck. I haven't loved a Mario game this much since I was ten years old.

So far my boys and I just have Wii Sports and Wii Play and of course Transformers. We spend most of our time on Bowling and that crazy cow racing thing. I'm amazed at how simple these games are and yet how we never seem to get tired of them. We have a lot of family fun time playing the wii. We had a family of friends over for Thanksgiving and it was a blast. The wii has so many features that everytime we use it we learn something new. I had no idea you could share remotes when playing switch off games like bowling etc. So much fun in one tiny box. lol

I've purchased Guitar Hero III for the boys for Christmas. Everywhere we go they want to play it so it's money well spent.

I have Super Mario Galaxy, and am really enjoying it! I can also attest to Rayman Ravin' Rabbids being full of 'win'! The sense of humor in the game, my wife & I were cracking up at all the games!

OK, I was going to link to a trailer for the game (the original or the sequel), and spent the last half hour watching them... I am so getting the sequel now...

Anyways, follow this link to your trailer...

    Enjoy!
