The prices are too high to justify getting the figure for itself, not for the combiner.

Was curious how much it cost when it originally came out (late 2010?) and what the release date was.

It was taking to long searching online for the answer and certainly someone here knows the answers off the top of their head.

Can't remember exactly when the release was, but retail price was $50.

 

you're both right, retail was $50 in october 2010. restock was like february-march 2011 and they upped it to $55.
