I'm not sure if I can see her "partnering" with any of the bots tbh. But I could see her developing a friendship with Optimus.

Didn't Jackie Chan Adventures teach you guys anything? The only older relatives that are allowed on these sort of shows are uncles and grandpas. Or Uncle Grandpas.

(If they find a way to work a doting mother into a group of rambunctious preteens, they'll certainly get props from me. Boy's action shows aren't really known for teaming teenagers with their mothers. Tends to remove the aspect of 'escapism' and what have you.)

How so? I'm not trying to criticize or put you down here, I'm genuinely curious. Are you thinking of the theme of responsibility that June, Optimus, and Jack all embody? Or could it be that they are the most serious folks of their little group (with everyone else having certain little "quirks," even Jack).

 

I have tried to envision it, but I just can't see June and Ratchet going together. Bee and Raf go together because Bee is the kid of the group and Raf is the youngest human. Arcee and Jack go together because it's a big sister/little brother relationship. Miko and Bulkhead go together because they are both rough and tumble types. But outside of June having a medical profession, I just can't see any character chemistry between the two.

Oh well. Maybe June Darby works with and knows Dr. Dana Scully and somehow brings her to the bots!   Ok, that will never happen except in crazy fanfics but it would be cool. Now Ratchet and Scully I could totally see together. Hell, if Scully's wearing a white lab coat with her red hair, they'd even be color coordinated! 

 

i hope they do an evil universe episode where june wears bondage gear jack is dead and arcee is her "partner"  

 

I mentioned this somewhere else..but the guardians for the humans leave the Autobot base, they go to their charges homes, school, etc. Ratchet does not like leaving the base and besides Arcee already guards the Darby home, she will have another human to look out for. No biggie.
As far as I can tell, Ratchet and Prime stay in the Autobot Base, leaving only for missions.

 

I'd say this is spot on. I just dont see them doing anymore of this human/bot partnership stuff
