Hey, isn't she the one who committed suicide at the start of Desperate Housewives, and who provides the voiceover for the rest of the series? This might help hesitant wifes/girlfriends to come see the movie.

Do we really need to see Spike's mom? Half of the problem with this movie is all the human character development. The other half of the problem are the robot designs.  

 

Why not? There's no ONE THING wrong with having a Mrs. Witwicky in the movie. And who said she'll be a big part of the movie anyway

Is this a road we REALLY need to go down again? We haven't even seen the movie yet, so we can't comment on how the human characters' screen time compared to the TFs

 

For once we'll meet Spike's mom.

 

Actually I'm not going to see the movie, but from what I've heard from people who have worked on the film/know people who have worked on the film is that the film is based more on the human reaction to the robots, than on the robots themselves. And I thought that those who read the script had a similar reaction.
I don't like the movie, but I can't stop the movie, so carry on, people!

 

Haven't they already wrapped the filming part of the movie? Kinda late to be adding a new actress isn't it?

but seriously, i always assumed she died when spike was young.

 

She was only in the last two episodes of the second season. She didn't have any lines. She was a mental patient I believe.
