It could be - brace yourself - because they're not doing a reboot???

 

between this and the reboot thing, I'm a little bit more positive towards the idea of another movie.

 

Josh and Tyreses should return; All 3 movies should have been about them and their team and the Autobots fighting the cons, instead of following the dumb habit of putting the fate of the freaking universe on teens as as young as 15 to 19. It would give an awesome feeling of Transformers with G.I. Joe as in the comics.

I hope those 2 do return, I not pissed at Shia, Megan and Rosie, I understand the first film; by chance, a teen had the only clue to the Allspark's location, but going with the same theme twice really harm the franchise.

 

  people! this one has been called a reimaging but i suspect it will end up as more of a reboot as they need to bring back Megatron and Starscream and to a lesser degree Ironhide.

That said its way too early to speculate on the cast and if it is a reboot why would the cast of the first three be required?

I care more about hoping Michael Bay not directing than who may or may not be returning.

 

Maybe the story will revolve around the Decepticons attacking the Victoria's Secret fashion show.There could be a lot of Bay's famous slow motion shots.

I like how Paramount just made the plans to have Bay do the film and everyone is already making assumptions that people wont be in it.

How CAN they know who's going to be in it if they haven't even started anything on the movie? They don't just make a wish list of people going to be on it and call it a day. It's a process.

This is the only good news to come out of the announcement for TF4.

 

You make a very valid point. But still, this is good news.

 

Of course it's way way too early to tell, but it would be amazing if there were no human characters and it was set on Cybertron, before they came to earth. The movie might actually be about the bots then AHAHAHA who am I kidding? Michael Bay will make another military movie in disguise.

 

Best news I ve heard since they announced this film.

Now, if they would just "re-imagine" a new director, then it might be the TF movie we all deserve.

 

I would love to see daniel day-lewis give this movie some acting balls.
