    I mean ROTF/DOTM Jolt. He's actually at least C or B list, not D or lower. Being named in the film (even if you lack a VA) kinda prevents you from being D list or lower.

    On the other hand, he doesn't have a single line of dialogue and ROTF was the least popular film

    I'd go for Cheetor, don't think Jolt has any particular stand out moments. I'd like a character from A/E/C to make it. That trilogy is so underappreciated.

    I never thought the HoF was for characters that weren't 'known'. Take some of the big names from, lets say, the Beast era. Optimus Primal, Megatron, Rat Trap, Cheetor, Dinobot... these are the more popular ones fans can get behind. Secondary characters like Quickstrike, Tigerhawk and Rampage are interesting in that they add to the TF universe, but they don't need to be in a HoF just because a few fans like the name or whatever.

    i vote optimus primal. he's done alot more. deserves some reconition.

    cheetor too. he grew alot more than any other kid friendly character ever did. .... hmm ... cheetor or primal ... so hard to choose ...
