John Good (G1 BoxArt Artists) to appear at Roll Out Roll Call

    It's a few days out of date, but John Good has been confirmed as the fifth guest for the UK Transformers & GI-Joe/Action Force convention Roll Out Roll Call 2012.

    John was the artist who drew the BoxArt on the toys for Transformers (G1) and GI Joe.

    He joins

    • Larry Hama
    • Simon Furman
    • Andy Wildman
    • Robert Akin

    There are currently two panels annouced so far, with more waiting in the wings

    • History of Action Force (from its' early days, to how it joined with GI Joe)
    • Action Force Concepts - designs of toys that never made it

    'cuz we already know about G1 package artists Jeffrey Mangiat, Richard Marcej and Hidetsugu Yoshioka, plus the art that was recycled from the Diaclone releases of those toys, so he'd better not claim having done any of their stuff, or we'd have a conflict. :)
