I’d say they will go for full on scale accuracy
Can you ask? It honestly looks the most promising but personally i need the scale amd QC to be on point
Hi all, just got a reply on the height
How does that compare to fans hobby red dragon and perfect effect doragon?
I'm curious about this as well. The official measurement for the PE Megs is 70cm in dragon mode, but that's measuring from tail to head, not standing height.
Hope someone makes a Transmetal Megatron. (barney)
I would think that one would be relatively easy, so it's a mystery to me why no one has taken a stab yet. The original toy was pretty screen accurate.
I'm more interested in a TM megatron than a TM2 to be honest.
Or let me put it like this: emotionally It's gonna be easier to convince myself to buy an expensive TM MP than a TM2 MP.
In general, I agree with this. I thought the TM designs were heads and shoulders better than the TM2 designs. Megs is probably the only TM2 design that I actually liked, which is why I'm in for one of the TM2 Megs options. But I'd be all over any of the TM designs if someone started cranking them out.
Edit: I was actually a fan of the TM2 Blackarachnia design as well.
All that was needed was those bot mode arms to be covered in beast mode.
Forgot about that. You're right. Get those covered up, and maybe add some articulation to the dino mode thrusters (IIRC they could only be opened upward but you couldn't rotate them forward as they did in the show) and you're pretty much done.
This looks great but the one I want to see finished is... gosh this is confusing, the one that actually looks like TM2 Megatron. Not with two dragon heads, not the overly mechanical one, not this one but the one where all we've seen are the head arms and legs?
transart? that one is a downscaled ko like their optimal optimus/primal prime
TransArt toys bw tm2 megatron TThis is the one, oh I see, but they say this one will be 24cm.. Perfect scale for the original official Optimal
Interesting, I assumed they would be doing itntonpairnwith their optimal optimus who is roughly voyager
From the reviews I've seen their scaled down Optimal doesn't feel great quality wise, shame because an OpOp with retractable cannons is something I've always wanted. I think seeing that mechanism work at the end of the intro for every season 3 episode ingrained that want into my mind. Perhaps when they get this Megatron out they'll upscale their Optimal maybe.
Anyway back on topic, I do really like the look of this one over all the other 3rd party dragon Megs that are out. I just don't like the huge boots, I just really want a show accurate TM2 Megatron.
i had their primal prime and size aside i loved it, but it was too small so i got the pe version
I'll have to check out some videos of Primal Prime then, that's great the only problem was scaling though.
Any updates on this?
