I found these on another site. I thought it was pretty funny.
I rehosted them just incase.
I think that is the same character that someone used for the 1/48 scale jetfire. The thing or show is called macross I think. Still cool as hell though.
I don't know it it's jetfire but it sure is a VF-1S Valkyrie from Robotech/Macross.
To be Jetfire it's missing some important paint schemes, but nevertheless it's really cool
Eh, Close enough. Although I think he needs more armor.
I think it is supposed to be Jetfire. The Hikaru VF-1S "collar" trimming is red on top of black, on Jetfire it's black on top of red, like here. Plus it's missing the heatshield over the cockpit like Jetfire. So I'll say Jetfire missing paint aps (and an Autobot logo)
Hard to say if it's meant to be Jetfire or a Valkyrie, but it's still pretty cool. Doesn't look especially comfortable, but cool.
Wish I had more free time....
I'd say Valkyrie.... missing out on Jetfire's additional paint job is pretty basic for the character (that the chest paint matches doesn't convince me). Also the head is more similar to the Yamato Valkyrie head than Bandai's.
Awesome Jetfire. it must have taken you a while to make that costume.
Found another. Jetfire is a PIMP.
#1 is more likely to be a DYRL Hikaru's VF-1S, with a goofed collar paint job. If he's Jetfire, he's missing red paint on the nosecone, and any trace of an Autobot symbol.
#2 is mostly Skyfire. With an offbrand logo and a movie Op head. And ladies.
