So apparently Jetfire had parts that were just attached to him but didn't connect to anything when in robot mode. Was this a unique thing with him alone or do the others have this that we haven't noticed?

All I see is part of his arm circled, no "floaty" bits.

None of them are actually held together by anything. Sometimes they miss an instance of light shining through the gaps.

Though I'm not seeing it on Jetfire, at least not the part circled. You can't see all of it to see if it's attached to anything else, or even really divine what part of him it should be connected to if it isn't.

Im talking about his entire wing appendage not being physically attached to the rest of him. And whether or not other transformers have this going on with their bodies.

Need more proof of these "floaty parts". In your first pic, it is clearly attached to him! Just look to the right of the red circle. In your second pic, I'm convinced that that piece is not attached because he is falling apart, having just been savagely impaled by Scorponok and (in the pic) RIPPING out his spark, he has parts merely falling off of him.

Goodness gracious. Do some of you watch the entire movie frame by frame?? Get a life.

QFT. People should have better things to do than discern 'free floating bits' on imaginary transforming robots.

Most of us don't have one. That's why we're troll on forums.

Hmm, not really because he's on the ground and they are still doing that floating thing. Or you can just watch the scenes where he is alive since you know where to look now.

Oh, I'm so sorry guys, I just tossed this movie in the drive to watch and happened to pick up on it while playing games in my leisure.

So I figured I'd bring it to the attention of fellow Transformer lovers out of curiosity, and I wasn't here for the "Hard to spot for RotF" thread. I'm just making up for lost time, forgive me oh masters of life, living, and shooting the breeze.

I'd prefer if it didn't come to that and take this thread for what it is not, not a troll thread.

Apparently, Wheelie's shoulder things are doing it as well.

There's a marked difference between discussing characters and events in a movie, and scrutinizing each and every frame of said movie. The former makes you an enthusiast; the latter makes you an unhealthy obsessive.

I've noticed that too on Jetfire. Especially in the scene where he sacrifices himself (whcih you obviously have pics of) Always thought it was odd lol

And seriously? Its a valid point in the CG model, just like the threads with "hard to see" things or something along those lines. Theres nothing wrong with pointing that out

I clearly see what the Op is talking about. My guess is it's a minor animation flub. They're most likely just supposed to be attached just under the "strut" and end up floating about an inch below by accident.

Now I see it. Agreeing with SPLIT LIP in that it's probably an animation error. Is it on the other side too?
