I sold off some of my collection to pay for repairs on my car and have around $75 left. I'm debating between buying a couple of Jet Vehicons or repurchasing Universe Prowl or Smokescreen + the Beelzeboss upgrade for Red Alert. Any suggestions?

Save it for the next break down so you don't have to sell them for less than you paid for them?

EDIT: Aww who am I kidding. Go Jet Vehicons.

    1 Jet Vehicon, 1 Prowl.

(imo) the fact that Universe Smokescreen is so much cheaper than the Henkei one doesn't compensate for it looking like a KO.

Tough call. I'd say bank the money for a little bit and go after Prowl and Smokescreen. They're both hell of expensive at this point.

But by the same token, who knows how long the Jet Vehicons are gonna stick around, either?

You might be better off saving it.

Thanks for the input guys. Still undecided on which to buy. I've got a pretty large Classics collection, but the few Prime toys I do have I really like.

Note: I never said I don't have a savings account. I needed some tires on my car and brakes on my wife's and I'd rather sell some toys (the vast majority of which I'd wanted to get rid of for a while) than dip into my savings. The car issues just gave me an excuse to get off my lazy arse and sell them. :p

If you have the money to use for a new figure...then I'd say Jet Vehicon. Especially if you like the Prime RID Vehicon. The Jet form is even better than that! Yeah, it's basically the same mold with wings (with a few minor changes), but it is so damn cool in hand. :D

normally I'm a classics advocator-though at the same time, who knows how long the JEts will be around? You can always find Prowl and Smokescreen.

    Phew! That's a lot of multi-quoting!

YES. Get the Jet Vehicon. He kicks major ass. I ordered two of him and one of the AM-14 Vehicon. After opening them, I went straight to RobotKingdom and ordered two more Jets and another AM-14. Sooooo cool.

    I don't think you'll be disappointed.
