Any fan of Jeremy Irons would agree with me, a decepticon with his voice would be awesome.
He chould voice Scrapper, and James Earl Jonas voice Grimlock in the 3 one.
Those Jonas brothers get everywhere.
I'd rather John Malkovich or Alan Rickman do it.
The guy who voiced General Grievous in Star Wars 3 would be an excellent choice!
Irons would be wonderfully awesome!
What were some of the voices that Jeremy Irons did that made you think he should voice a Decepticon in ROTF? Just curious.
Grimlock = Michael Clark Duncan.
Wait until Shockwave enters the picture. Irons is perfect for Shockwave.
Well he did some audio work and he did voice Scar from the Lion King to me I think he has a sleek voice.
I love the idea, but it would be a waste of his talents. Deceps average about 2 lines per character in the movieverse.
Hopefully the second film will change this, but we'll see.
I wonder if Keith David would get some consideration for a third film (be it Autobot or Decepticon), considering he's worked with Michael Bay once before (Armageddon, though I forget if that was it), has done voice work before (Spawn cartoon on HBO) and is Mr. Narrator for PBS stuff (American Experience) and random commercials.
I think this forum has hit a new low. Really? Is this what were coming to now that it gets closer to June? Jeremy Irons?
Am I missing something?
You are right.
I think a semi-monotone Jeremy Irons (with some electronic distortion) as Shockwave would be sublime. I also think the original VA from G1 (and now Animated) would also be great.
I love me some Shockwave.
He should be Wheelie, clearly
Don't forget his role as Goliath in Gargoyles...
I personally would like to see Michael Dorn get a VA role as one of the TF's.
He could use the work. Poor bastard has appeared in Eragon and the Steve Martin Pink Panther sequel.
Only if he plays Blitzwing and uses his Simon Gruber voice from Die Hard with a Vengeance.
