Some one help me out...I finally found a Jazz repaint at Target, and on the back of the box it said that Ratchet had rebuilt him. The silver paintjob was too easily scratched and he wanted to still be able to blend in, but at the same time turn heads so he went with his race car paintjib (G1 style). I know it is too early to speculate he will be in the next one...but has anyone heard, or know if they plan on using him again, or is it just a toy thing. Thank you bitches!

They are most likely NOT going to use him.

I've heard a rumor that the producers are thinking about bringing back Jazz by him being repaired by Ratchet in the sequel after receiving bad responses from fans. I don't know if this is for real but I really hope they bring Jazz back.

No, IF Jazz does come back, it will not be as G1 Jazz.

They had better not. Jazz's death would just turn out like Prime. Everyone who died in the first movie SHOULD STAY DEAD. Except Megatron, but only because it's his nature to cheat death. (Personally, I think he just passed out after he took so much damage, but didn't die)

But wasnt Jazz's spark eaten by Megatron? I read that in the sticker album. ^^ I still dont know if its true or not, that part wasnt in the movie.
If its true then how he can return to life without a spark?

Well I like Jazz, but I agree..if ya die, your dead. They could make room for someone else. Most of the Decepticons got offed, so at least one Autobot should get dead. But I dont have the original movie jazz except for the titanium, does it say anything like that on the dark silver original Jazz?

Megatron's death was under special circumstances. Who knows just what is going on inside him now he's had the Allspark force fused with him. Perhaps he's just in a chrysalis, about to awaken in a new, more powerful form, at one with the Allspark?

That part was changed. The sticker album goes with an earlier script of the film - take a look at the description of the Bonecrusher fight and you'll find a reference to the death of Barricade, an event that didn't occur in the film either.

it is ntoo early to decide chyarecters at the moment, and even now theyare probaly batting about the first ideas. and as far as the arcee for tf2 thing, why are they going to include a charecter which they have already sold thousands of toys of, meaning that only people who could not get it first time around will buy it.

TF bios don't always fit into the continuity presented - unless I missed the episodes of Cybertron where Optimus was reformatted as an ape on the Jungle Planet and Scourge was left drifting in deep space and turned into Cyro Scourge.

Jazz is dead, and so shall he remain. If he reappears, I'd prefer flashbacks to Cybertron.

TOTALLY> I wouldnt mind him in a flashback of bumblebees or something. but he should stay a memory. no hate to the character or anything but if they can just come back it defeats the fear of megatron.

Some characters need to die in the movies, it's the way it goes.

The bio on the card is just a clever way to explain Jazz's new paint scheme without screwing around with the fact that he obviously scans a grey/silver Solstice in the film and stays that way until he goes kapoot.

They had better bring back Jazz. His character was completely wasted in the movie. It was such a joke.

Characters die in movies. Sure, I understand that. But when Jazz died in the movie, I didn't even care. You didn't even see a dramatic close up or anything that made the viewer give a crap about Jazzes death. And the fact that at the end of the movie Prime was holding Jazzes body like he would a fruit basket, just made me laugh.
Yea, characters die in movies, but have the decency to make it a good one.

    :)

On a related note, doesn't the packaging for Target "G1" Starscream also claim that he was the only surviving Decepticon, even though we didn't see Barricade die, and Scorponok would also most likely still be alive?
