Did any of you guys notice that when Jazz first engages Brawl, he transforms, lands on Brawl and starts pulling on his weapons? It seemed very familiar and reminded me of the move Kup pulls on Blitzwing in the original Transformers movie. Looks like Jazz either saw TF the movie on Youtube, or Kup's hanging out somewhere in space and taught autobots how to engage tank-like Decepticons.
Very cool homage, even if it wasn't on purpose.

Of course we are, we're excited about the movie, and some people are barely seeing it, or catching new things the second time around. :D

Watch out, I'm sure today a new post will go up about how badly someone wants the Score to come out on CD.

Thanks for the link. Didn't know exactly what to search for to find a "Jazz recreates Kup's movie move"

Yep. Pretty cool. Jazz's trash-talking made that scene. "Come on, Decepticon punk!" Kicks side-guns off.

Would have been cooler if jazz pulled out his sword on top of Brawl and did a decapitation Prime vs. Bonecrusher style.

And unlike so many folks on the board, I thought the trash talking was cool and fit Jazz's character to a tee.

Where are these people that didn't like the trash talking? They may need their auditory processors adjusted.

Now that the search function is back, there should be no excuse for copy threads.

Oh really? You tell that to soldiers that had to go up against Panzer tanks. Its not so common sense. It is in the comic books or on TV. In reality? No way.

Like I said, sorry about posting this, but how do I look up "Jazz moves in the movie" "Jazz purposefully copies Kup's moves" I mean the original post has nothing like that on the title, and the movie has a lot of tributes to the original, so its not so evident in the title to the thread.

Furthermore, this is hardly the first time that we, in our overexcitement for this movie, post something as we notice it after multiple viewings. Like I said, how many people have posed the question "what's your favorite scene?" or "When is the musical score coming out" My personaly favorite is the continuing episodes of the "Prime is a Dick" which needs a part 3, I might add.

So my bad for adding to the chaos, but people are still watching the movie and noticing new things, and as such, aside from looking through every single post and seeing if anyone has discussed Jazz (copycat move), it doesnt' seem so bad to bring it up again. The way I see it is if people didn't care about the topic, it would be flushed away into the void of "no one cares" threads. I can understand the news section not having 5 topics on Soundwave dancing, but it's not so bad here where we're all eager to focus on certain parts of the movie that excited us and we want to share.

Either way, we can close this one and move to the previous thread on Jazz being an unoriginal bastard hehe :D

For chrissakes, get off your high horse. People make double posts like this all the time. You're not a moderator, you're not this person's parent and you're not this person's conscience. Who cares if they make a double thread? If the mods feel it's necessary, they'll get rid of it.
