After seeing the hand mod for voyager Starscream, I decided to pick up a doc oc vs spiderman pack from the spiderman origins series toys and try it out for myself. It worked out pretty well I think, but I wasn't sure what to do with the now wrecked doc oc figure, so I decided to extract his hands since they are reasonably articulated. I ended up using them as a quick little hand mod for tftm07 Jazz. None of this involves molding/remolding, gluing, or otherwise modifying your Jazz figure, but keep in mind that this only really works well for displays, and the hands probably won't support any weight (not that the original hands would anyway). You could probably do something to actually pin them into place, and they are a good size, but I don't really want to mess with my jazz figure atm, so I'll stick with this mod. All you do for this is unfold the arm, fold back the normal hands/claws, then place the hand so that the ball at the end is to the inside of the body, beside where the normal hand/claw folds down, then refold the arms back to normal, and twist the hands around to the orientation you want. It will likely take a few tries to get everything to sit properly, but otherwise it works pretty well. And a pic of the starscream mod as well: For those who don't know how to do this one, just crack open doc oc's back, clip the strings attached to the lever in his back, then pull the little push pins out of the end of the tentacles (the ones with springs). Then take a knife and cut the claws at their base. Replace the push pin into the claw and press it down to be flush with the base of the claw, then position the pin in between the 3 barrels of SS's hands and position the claw arms as required.
