No... Jetfire has an English accent. A British accent does not exist.
British and English are one and the same.
No they aren't. If someone says they are from England, they most likely have an English accent.
If someone says they are from Britain they either have a Welsh, Irish, English or Scottish accent.

forewarning: people from the UK don't like it when we Americans get the accents mixed up. i should know. one of my teachers exploded at us for not knowing there are tons of different accents all over the UK and thinking they all spoke with a "British accent"

there is no great britain, its a mith to boost tourisum........we got WALES, ireland ( north and rupublic) and scotland...........and to a lesser extent england.

Usually the 4th movie always goes back to the past to learn what happened in before the first movie so yeah maybe if the movie is some sort of prequal.
