    the KO soundblaster I recently bought from him had a retarted factory defect and Jason was kind enough to have the defective part replaced!

    once again, Jason is an awesome person to do buisness with. If I ever need another KO to work on, he's my man to call for.

    edit: it turns out he threw in a free ravage KO+refunded my shipping costs! zomfg (that blew my mind)
