Does anyone have or know where I could find a checklist of Japanese exclusive G1 Micromasters? Actually, any info on these recolors or variants would be greatly appreciated...
    Thanks in advance :)

Gonna add that link to the G1 archive thread, G1-Junkie? I was unaware that particular page existed and it may prove to be useful.

Note that Battle Patrol has 2 color variations in Japan. These were listed on the futuristgroup Geocities page (now gone).

This reminds me, I'm torn on finishing my chase versions of reissue Sixturbo, Sixwing and Sixtrain. I've only got a couple of each.

Let me know which one you are looking for. I got a couple of them laying around.

I really like the micromaster transformers, I do want to start working on the Japanese side of the house. They are small do not take up a lot of space and if you have seen my collection you will understand why this is important.

    Quick note:
The only "Patrols" that were straight repaints are:
Battle Patrol - Early version with yellow parts (Not available with Mini Trailer)
Battle Patrol - Later version with gray parts (Available with or without Mini Trailer)
Super Car Patrol - (Available with or without Mini Trailer)

I just found this tid bit to be of practical knowledge...

Check out this guy's Micromaster collection on the youtube. He makes a Micromaster city in his bedroom with near enough all the Micromaster bases:

    Youtube video here

Also, although not officially TFs there are some nice recolours in other Takara lines. Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, Sky Garry and Grandus all came out in Brave with their Micromasters. And there's a great black/gold/silver recolour of Countdown's rocket base in Microman.

And I posted this up a while ago, but it's worth another look. The toy catalogue that came with my Skyhyper shows very nice recolours of Flak and Sunrunner with Landshaker and Skyhyper instead of the Roadhandler and Free Wheeler recolours we got:
