This is bizarre. Why would he install a camera if he thought he was alone? Did he have suspicision? If so, why couldn't he just search the house?

I don't think I'm a Japanologoist or anything, but they don't exactly have big houses over there.

The food disappearing probably clued him into the fact that he wasn't as alone as he thought.

And it's better to set up a camera and watch from afar than to search your house and get your face ripped off by the scary food-stealing demon.

I just noticed that it doesn't say what was in the bottles.

I'm guessing they weren't for drinking.

    Bizarre.

My wife once had a dream that a Japanese woman was secretly living in our basement.

i've heard about this before. i think i saw it on tv. there are people who live like this. they case out people's homes and live in them, eating their food and stuff while they're out and either hiding or making sure to leave before they get home. they usually have a few homes they jump between. it's a crazy existence.

Pretty brave to live in somebodys closet without them knowing. Especially in Japan, they may hack you up for BBQ for some craziness like that.

    :lol
Reminds me of this story I heard about some guy who would break into people's houses while they were on vacation and live there until the family would come back and find him there. He apparently did the dishes, took out the garbage, did his laundry and even re-arranged furniture.
