Hobby Link Japan has put up a pre-order for classics Thrust. No picture, but it's possible thats a mistake and its Ramjet. But then again...Theres a big different between Thrust and Ramjet.

    http://www.hlj.com/product/TKT30356

UPDATE: Yes, the item is actually Ramjet and not Thrust. Thanks to Noisemaze for notifying HLJ regarding the mistake. They have ackowledged it as such.

A big difference that most folks not steeped in Transformerdom would never notice.

I eagerly await more reliable news, but until then, I'd put money on this being a mistake.

    great....hopefully its a mistake...

though, if they just repainted ramjet to make a thrust, i wouldnt really care at all...since it wouldnt look right...

So far, retailers have referred to D-04 as both Dirge AND Thrust, although it seems to be Ramjet.

Since the mold is intended to be Ramjet, I imagine it's him.

Hmmm.... Maybe Ramjet is the regular figure and Thrust is the repainted variant?

does hlj.com charge when you place a preorder or when it ships?
I checked their site and it does not say.

Probably a miscommunication due to the number of Classic seeker jets stated to be released in Japan in the near future so we'll need to wait and see what figures are released and where.

When it ships. I've read it before myself (it's somewhere) and know from firsthand experience.

Either way, I pity the ones who had to pay a ridiculous amount of money for last year's Botcon set.

I want to see them pull out all those seekers + the rest just to prove that statement wrong of no releasing previous Hasbro exclusives.

    Ebay:
This figure might be a "Thrust" but it won't have the same wings as the Botcon Thrust.

    Which is fine by me.

I don't mind if this is a repaint, as I still haven't gotten around to customizing any of the extra Classic Ramjets that I bought.

    Preordered, just in case.
