Which version? The '70s or '08? The '70s - clear windows - I have both The '08 - I don't own both only the Japanese one (and I haven't opened it yet) but I heard there were some differences in the engineering - sorry, I don't know the details.
Someone posted comparison pics in here awhile back, but that post might've been wiped out, since I can't seem to find anything posted before August. As I remember, the Japanese '08 differed from ours in that the rear of the car had tabs that helped hold the vehicle mode together. Also, his eyes were resculpted to give him distinct pupils instead of just flat blue lenses. I want to say that there were minor differences with the paint too, but I'm not 100% sure about that one. Perhaps the original author will repost his pics here.
