How do you miss that? in shock?
Japanese biker fails to notice missing leg
thats fucked up
'fuck yo couch, whatabout mah leeeeeegggg'
Pity it wasn't a pushbike; he'd have noticed then.
"Hmm... this seems like awfully hard work... Hang on... WHAT THE...!?!?!?"
Depending on which side he would have had either trouble changing gears or stopping. Did he just imagine he was switching gears or stopping?
I wonder what his reaction was like when he noticed...
Dayammm, must have been the adrenaline or something.
i wonder why getting to his destination was so important?
That's... certainly interesting.
I can't see how you'd do that. How the hell did he change gear or brake?! One of those would have required the use of a missing limb!
Maybe the story's a fake?
flipping heck, I think I'd be able to notice to I was missing a leg or not
Now that's a man who's focused on his riding.
Odd how he rode, must have not needed to switch gears or come to a complete stop. I know bikes its 80/20 for breaking, 80 on the front wheel while 20 on the back wheel. So its possible if he needed to slow down he only used his front brake, which was his hand).
It's on CNN, so I can't see that being likely. But that would almost make more sense than somebody not noticing their leg BEING CUT OFF!
I suppose shock could have been a factor, but I'm gonna go with drugs until proven otherwise.
If the story turns out to be true, then the dude's pain threshold must be amazingly high.
Japanese are--apparently--a different breed...
Bet his friend was more traumatized than him.
Monty Python's Black Knight on vacation?
Its only a flesh wound.
I lol'ed at this.
Well all righty then...I guess stranger things have happened.
