Yeah wish that wasn't there, but I still like it enough to pay the inevitable premium price....

 

i am gonna own more variants of one of the worst molds ever from RotF because they keep repainting it in better and better styles.

Ravage looks better in this repaint. But that alt mode is still a joke, imo.
i am not laughing, FYI.

 

Ravage & Evac = Awesome repaints.  

 

I want that Ravage, and I still hate the Blazemaster mold.

 

I want that Ravage. *REPAINT WIN* Evac is looking better with every day. In any case, Evac, is a good excuse to get that Blaze Master mold that everyone seems to hate.

 

Jetfire looks kinda cool....

 

That alt-mode is gloriously mistransformed in the pics.

Still, even transformed properly it's pretty stupid.

 

I love the Ravage repaint. The chrome and blue really contrast the jet black nicely.

Evac is an excellent repaint of Blaze master. Sadly the figure is not that great.

 

How many repaints of a non-transforming action figure do we need?

G-bless if it's you're thing, but I'm unsatisfied with having 1 ROTF ravage. IMO, having two would be like throwing up the bad food you just ate.

Though the paint scheme is nice....I guess...

 

^ Um...what SHOULD this Ravage have transformed into? I don't think it's the greatest figure, but I certainly don't think they should have made any more concessions to the altmode than they already did. In the movie he just curls up into a ball and rockets around.

And that's ok, really, because Ravage is a cat who comes out of Soundwave's chest. He didn't need to turn into a car. Or a microcassette.

Good point. I guess I have the original figure, don't like it and don't get why they keep repainting it. I like repaints if there's a purpose behind it - like if they made him into a cheetor one or a tigatron - or a more literal G1 ravage paint scheme. This looks okay - the colors are all a bit all over the place for my taste - makes the head hard to read.

Just saw a "Beast Machines Tankor" repaint of Movie legends Brawl in a store. Didn't buy it but it made sense to me. I get that repaint.

Don't think this toy is worth 2 repaints. And especially a mail away exclusive. Though at least that one looks like a Voltron Lion paint scheme!

And yes, Ratchet does transform into a launchy spaceship, but the figure itself should be much more posable considering it's lame alt mode. But there are only my opinions - enjoy if you like it

THAT I agree with (presuming you meant "Ravage" instead of "Ratchet.") However, it's posable enough to look cool on a shelf, and since I basically loved RotF Ravage, the more-accurate Japanese repaint is tempting to me.

Is this repaint more movie accurate? The Hasbro one seemed right on to me.
